How you´ll make an impact Drive and promote a strong HSE & Sustainability culture Take on an expert role in the HSE field Support the HSE management system including relevant documents and processes Drive initiatives and follow up on HSE targets Train, coach and support managers and employees on HSE actions and compliance Analyze and work with global HSE performance, gather data and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities Support compliance with local and international HSE requirements and standards Your background University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Occupational Health and Safety, HSE or related field 5+ years' experience in HSE roles Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken). Competent in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 Competent in international HSE legislation.
