Responsibilities

This 12-month maternity leave contract offers the opportunity to work closely with the National HSE Team, where you will play a key role in ensuring the Hyne Group’s HSE management systems are fit for purpose, user-friendly, and continuously improved to support a high-performing safety and environmental culture across the business.

A ‘be of service’ attitude and operating manner is shown in everything that you are involved in to support quality working relationships and deliverables.
Our safety culture and performance is continuously improved through effective capacity and capability development of our people and HSE Management Systems.
Our safety data and HSE Systems are maintained to a high standard (e.g., Damstra – HSE Management Software, InfoSafe, SharePoint and Excel)
Data from the HSE reporting system, Safety Program initiatives, and legislative and compliance changes, are analysed to provide accurate insight to support leadership decision making.
Information management and document control processes are developed and maintained to ensure the HSE communications, data and records are effective, accessible, and retained in line with compliance obligations.
