QUALIFICATIONS

• Expertise in Health, Safety and Environment, (HSE) policies and regulations
• Experience implementing Health & Safety programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Demonstrated environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability
• Sensitivity to cultural, gender, age and mindset diversity
• Occupational Health and Safety experience, including incident investigation and risk assessments
• Training development and delivery skills with the ability to train employees at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Passion and commitment for taking care of people, environment and improving processes to make them safer and smarter
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering; Occupational Safety or related field
• Professional certification in HSE (50 Hr course certification).
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Bi, project management expertise and english.
