About the Role As a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, environment, and quality across our operations. This autonomous role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in both office and field environments. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage WH&S, Environment, and Quality Management Systems. Assist in business development by preparing proposals and tender submissions. Provide hands-on advice and support to leaders, ensuring compliance with vehicle standards and maintenance protocols. Participate in management review and change management activities. Coordinate HSE and compliance activities at site levels. Lead HSE initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain robust safety practices. Skills & Experience: Certificate IV or diploma in occupational health & safety. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant HSE legislation (Acts, regulations, Codes of Practices). Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Proficiency in hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures. Experience in incident/non-conformance investigation. Experience as a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with team members, management, stakeholders, and customers.
