About the Role

As a HSEQ Advisor, you will manage and support a portfolio of clients across a range of industries. You will work closely with client representatives to understand their operations, identify areas for improvement and provide practical HSEQ solutions tailored to their business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing, implementing and maintaining client HSEQ and Integrated Management Systems.
• Supporting clients to achieve and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Conducting management system Gap Analysis Audits and preparing professional audit reports.
• Developing and maintaining internal audit programs and conducting internal audits.
• Supporting clients through external certification and surveillance audits.
• Developing customised HSEQ documentation tailored to client’s operations, including policies, procedures, registers, management plans and supporting system documentation.
• Facilitating client meetings, workshops and management system reviews.
• Developing and managing project schedules to ensure agreed deliverables and milestones are achieved.
• Monitoring project progress, budgets and deliverables and proactively identifying potential issues or delays.
• Providing practical HSEQ advice and support to clients.
• Maintaining accurate client records, project documentation, status reports and timesheets.
• Collaborating with our Senior HSEQ Advisors and broader consulting team to share knowledge, resources and best-practice approaches.
