ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian outback.

THE POSITION:

We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates a strong understanding of implementing risk-based assessments and conducting root cause investigations, with a clear appreciation for the role of human factors in managing site-based teams effectively. The ideal individual will be confident in working collaboratively with teams and individuals, leading meetings, pre-starts, and delivering safety-related training.
They will be proactive in monitoring the implementation of operational safety, health, environment, and quality assurance policies and programs. Experience in undertaking incident investigations and reporting is essential, along with a proven ability to drive positive safety behaviours and culture through active Field Leadership engagement.
