JOB SUMMARY

As the HSEQ Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our HSEQ systems, ensuring we meet safety and compliance standards, and helping promote a strong safety culture across the business. You will also be checking incoming and outgoing materials / products to keep a high standard of quality across the aspects of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a similar HSEQ role
• Good knowledge of safety, environmental and quality standards
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Well organised and detail focused
• Relevant HSEQ qualifications NEBOSH ideally

• Maintain and improve HSEQ policies and procedures
• Conduct site inspections and audits
• Provide HSEQ support to staff, contractors, and clients
• Report and investigate incidents, hazards, and near misses
• Keep records and documentation up to date
• Deliver Toolbox Talks and raise HSEQ awareness
• Stay current with HSEQ legislation and industry standards
• Prepare regular reports for management
• Quality Assurance Checks for incoming and outgoing products
