Purpose of the Role We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join our Brisbane Head Office in a unique, blended role combining HSEQ Management and HSEQ Auditor responsibilities (approximately 50/50). This position plays an important part in maintaining and enhancing BGIS’ Integrated HSEQ Management System across Australia and New Zealand. You will support ISO certification requirements, oversee internal and external audits, and provide clear, meaningful performance reporting to senior stakeholders. Reporting within the Corporate HSEQ team, you will work closely with operational and business teams to ensure statutory and contractual compliance, while contributing to a culture of safety, care and continuous improvement. This role suits someone who is thoughtful, detail-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to balance systems oversight and practical auditing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated HSEQ Management System * Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HSEQ performance reports, including trend analysis and insights * Coordinate and conduct internal HSEQ audits and support external ISO audit programs * Manage non-conformances and support timely close-out actions * Oversee WHSE online systems, permits to work and high-risk work compliance * Support incident investigations and contractor hazard reporting * Contribute to contract transitions and ongoing system improvements * Maintain documentation and records to meet ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 requirements Education, Experience & Skills Essential * Minimum 5 years’ experience in an OH&S Advisor or Coordinator role within construction, property or facilities environments (all levels encouraged to apply) * Strong experience in internal and external WHSE and ISO audits * Certificate IV in OH&S Management * Formal tertiary qualification in Property, Commerce, Business or similar discipline * Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards * Experience in incident investigation and WHSE reporting * Strong analytical capability and confidence preparing reports for senior audiences * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Desirable * Diploma in OH&S Management or higher qualification * ICAM training and investigation experience * Familiarity with iAuditor or similar systems * Knowledge of ISO 22301 Business Continuity and ISO 55000 Asset Management Workplace Flexibility  This role is based in our Brisbane CBD Head Office. Following successful completion of probation, a hybrid arrangement of two days in the office and two days working from home is available, supporting both collaboration and focused work time.
