PREVIOUS ROLES MAY HAVE BEEN: Health & Safety Manager, Environment & Quality Manager, QHSE / HSEQ Manager, Compliance Manager, SHEQ Business Partner, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager.
YOU WILL HAVE HAD COMPLIANCE EXPERIENCE IN: Construction related activities (Civil Engineering, Drainage)
ROLE: SHEQ / HSEQ Manager - Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Compliance
You will be responsible for Health and Safety, Environment and Quality policy across all sites.
Reviewing, Maintaining & Improving Construction Phase Plans, Risk assessments, method statements, COSHH assessments
Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, and maintain accident statistics including root cause analysis.
Site Audits, training of staff, waste duty of care and waste compliance.
You will deal with updating, maintaining and auditing company activities against quality management systems.
You will have managed SHEQ at a management level and be able to demonstrate autonomy and self-motivation
You will have a NEBOSH General as a minimum.
ISO Management systems experience ideal.
