As HSEQ Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across our EPC operations. Your role will include:

• Leading and maintaining ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) for the EPC division.
• Developing and implementing project quality plans (PQP), HSE plans, and procedures.
• Conducting internal and external audits and management reviews.
• Driving continuous improvement in HSEQ processes and documentation.
• Collaborating cross-divisionally to elevate HSEQ standards across ALMACO.
• Liaising with inspection agencies, authorities, and customer HSEQ representatives.
• Leading accident investigations and ensuring preventive actions are in place.

What you bring:

• Education or experience in Quality & HSE, ideally from shipbuilding or offshore industries.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a commitment to integrity and accountability.
