SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Join our dynamic team as an HSEQ Senior Engineer you will be Contributing and advising on specialist matters regarding HSEQ within a company, to ensure that Jotun operates in a safe way within current applicable regulations . This position is based in Freha and reports directly to the HSEQ Manager. Responsibilities: Implement and maintain the Company's HSEQ Policies and procedures to comply with legal and Jotun HSEQ Management System. Follow up and maintain necessary documentation. Assist the implementation of the HSEQ management system by working closely with the Element Owners. Contribute and coordinate HSEQ projects within specific specialist areas to achieve demonstrable results Maintain and improve the HSEQ, ISO, and OSHAS system documents, ensuring audits and actions are carried out as required to maintain the company's accreditation to the standards Deliver HSEQ training to develop employee awareness. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER We are looking for a candidate who have: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in science, Environmental Science, or Engineering. A mandatory certification in IOSH, NEBOSH, or an equivalent qualification. at least 4 years of experience in HSEQ within the manufacturing industry. preferable to be certified ISO Auditor qualification. Fluency in English with strong communication skills. Proficiency in presentations and PowerPoint skills.
