Responsibilities
  • Coordination of the HSM solution development process with the main stakeholders according to the Solution Owners development roadmap and prioritization
  • Align business requirements with the business management and translate these into development topics for the HSM development process
  • Identify solution development process improvements working closely with the development and platform partners to ensure process efficiency
  • Participate in solution development meetings, for all the relevant process areas, with process owners and other key parties
  • Resolving development related issues
  • Coordinate solution development request/process. Create development stories, conduct and coordinate testing and inform Key Users for upcoming changes
  • Monitor the development process using suitable metrics and providing the summary reporting to the Solution Owner
  • Support the key users in the area of responsibility, provide planned and on-demand training to key users on new or changed functionality to the extent it affects their usage of the system
  • Provide authorization approval and verify roles for new or existing users. Organize regular key user meetings to assess the status of ongoing solution development and identify new development needs or ideas
  • Align requirements and share knowledge with solution coordinators in the same field of expertise. Close co-operation also with the Solution Owners and Configuration Owners for the applicable business processes
  • Participate/organize Solution Coordinator meetings to provide feedback on the functioning of the development organization, prioritization of requested changes and to receive and share information important to the service division
  • Participate in handover meetings where the project team shares updates and knowledge transfer towards the Solution Coordinators on what was done, achieved or pending.
