REQUIREMENTS

• You are a fresh Master’s/Bachelor’s Graduate or have your graduation date coming up.
• You are ambitious and eager to learn, and have found your passion in working with Data.
• You are willing to relocate to the Netherlands if you don’t already live here.
• You are willing to take on extra challenges to work and travel for international projects worldwide.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English; other languages, such as Dutch, French, German, or Spanish, are a plus.
• You have good communication skills and are creative in solving problems.
• You are proactive and can work independently.
• You are customer-oriented and have strong analytical skills.
• You are a team player who can easily fit into an international vibrant team of colleagues from different cultures and locations.

• Deliver and implement data, analytics and AI solutions internationally.
• Deliver high-quality business and data application services to clients.
• Create high-quality and sustainable client solutions.
• Deliver all consultancy according to the HSO Project Methodology, ensuring that all data solutions are implemented successfully according to the project plan.
• Measure customer expectations of business knowledge, skills, and behavior.
• Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
• Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally.
• Represent HSO International professionally and positively.
