Due to continued growth, HSO International is expanding its Enablement team. This new role has been created to manage increasing operational demands and to support the HR team by taking on key administrative responsibilities.

THE ROLE: OFFICE MANAGER

Are you a proactive, organised, and service-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic international environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager to support our Amsterdam office and contribute to the seamless operation of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee facility management for the HSO International and HSO Group office in Amsterdam.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Organise meetings and lunches as requested
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment events
  • Support internal events and training initiatives
