ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Planning Coordinator to join our dynamic international team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating project planning activities, ensuring smooth communication across teams, and supporting internal initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update planning systems based on inputs from project managers, PMO, team leads, and consultants/developers via email and Teams.
  • Generate reports on team availability and project forecasting.
  • Coordinate team planning in collaboration with project teams.
  • Support internal company initiatives and process improvements.
