Position Summary: While representing the resort and providing a high standard of customer service, the Nordic Attendant will be answering guest inquiries about the Nordic department's products and services. Processing the guest’s requests and taking payment in a professional and confidential manner will be an important aspect of the job. This position requires open availability for midweek and weekends (including day, evening, and holidays). Duties & Responsibilities: * Answer customer inquiries about products and services the department offers including; Nordic tickets, rentals, lesson packages, programs, gift certificates, and season passes. * Process rentals and payments using the resorts POS system * Taking customer's information and payments in a professional and confidential manner. * Facilitation of liability waivers * Cash handling duties * General administration duties include; filing, photocopying, lost and found, answering the phone and recording messages. * Working in a team setting to provide positive and friendly customer service to all guests. * Acquiring and maintaining detailed knowledge about product information offered.   Qualifications: * POS experience is an asset * Customer services skills/experience * Proven ability to work under high pressure.   Our Commitments to You:   * Supportive Experience - Our goal is to provide our guests with an exceptional experience and we are just as committed to ensuring that your experience is equally exceptional.
