  • Previous experience in a similar HSEQ/administrative role in an operational marine or offshore environment will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of international HSEQ legislation will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.

  • Attention-to-detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to challenge conventional thinking in the pursuit of HSEQ excellence.

THE ROLE

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide HSEQ support to Product Lines, projects, departments, worksites, and contracted personnel, ensuring compliance with internal processes, legislative, industry best practice and client specific requirements.
  • Lead on near miss notifications and support all incident / accident investigations, including collation of evidence.
  • Monitor and follow up all corrective actions for satisfactory close out.
  • Maintain all HSEQ monitoring systems, including event and corrective action trackers for effective performance and trend monitoring.
  • Create a range of deliverable HSE documentation and notices – as requested by Senior HSSEQ Manager, HR, and Regional / Departmental Managers.
  • Provide support in the collation of data for the JFF Product Line.
  • Conduct administrative functions, including minuting HSEQ interviews and meetings and reviewing HSEQ documentation etc.
  • Any other tasks as and when required.
