Rigid Tactical is seeking a highly skilled Exercise Planner & Operations Specialist with extensive experience in high-stakes military training coordination expert in NAWS China Lake. Qualified candidates must have experience in range logistics, security clearance tracking, and long-range training synchronization. Proven ability to interface with senior Command and manage complex administrative functions in high-pressure environments. Location; China Lake, CA Clearance: Secret Education & Qualifications Military Operations & Planning: 2 years of management experience within the past 4 years Technical Skills: Expert in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. JPAS/DISS Secret Clearance Duties/Responsibilites Operations: Exercise Design, Range & Demolition Scheduling, Master Training Calendars. Security Clearance Tracking (JPAS/DISS). Admin: Records Management, Correspondence Screening, Technical Reporting. Logistics & Scheduling: Developed and maintained comprehensive schedules for advanced training evolutions and exercises. Range Management: Directed demolition and range scheduling specifically for NAWS China Lake facilities. Personnel Readiness: Managed barracks billeting and tracked security clearances for personnel utilizing restricted ranges. Administrative Oversight: Screened departmental correspondence, initiated administrative actions, and maintained a master library of applicable references. System Optimization: Standardized electronic forms and tracked recurring reports to ensure 100% regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Liaison: Interfaced with all levels of Command to execute short and long-range training objectives. USD Total Compensation $30.64 Hourly - SCA Contract
