Description
To support the Finance Systems Manager and Finance Systems Analyst to provide robust, reliable finance systems and applications for use by the organisation, ensuring the security and integrity of all financial data held. This role contributes to the Finance Systems Team vision to support and encourage an environment of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for routine tasks and the first point of contact in the team for non-Finance users’ support queries. Listed below are some of the key elements that the role holder will be accountable for delivering: Execute regular updates for Suppliers after the Supplier Engagement Process has been finalised. Implement ongoing updates for Projects and Cost Centres once the Project Maker App is complete. Generate Supplier reports for the teams to take necessary actions. Training users in the finance induction and for ad hoc needs Perform regular updates to the financial software (Dimensions) for the Financial Controllers (known as Mtab updates) and link them to the Power Apps for each Entity. Verify, refresh, and synchronise app Libraries – ensuring that automated scripts have been executed and initiating any that are not managed by automation or other routine operations. Conduct data cleansing related to the aforementioned processes as well as other datasets. Analyse user support requests, assign them to the appropriate tasks, and monitor their progress where necessary. • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in calls, emails and in person • Strong analytical and numerical skills • Good Excel skills • Experience with IT systems in a working environment for at least 2 years
