JOB SUMMARY DFA/Kemps has an immediate job opening for a well-versed Pasteurizer - HTST Operator/Vacation Relief Operator to perform an array of functions including operating pasteurizer in compliance with State and Federal guidelines, obtaining milk and cream samples for testing by lab to include raw and processed product, wash and sanitize milk silos, cream tanks, and any other equipment as needed, produce product according to guidelines and separate into correct batches, follow recipe guidelines for all products produced. Pasteurizer - HTST Operators will be responsible for processing finished or raw materials, while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and communicating effectively with all departments and meeting daily deadlines. As a Vacation Relief Operator, this position will be required to cover other positions when other employees are on vacation or absent.
