for qualified commercial and technical personnel services in a full-time position.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for recruiting high-level specialists and managers (experts).
• You will be responsible for placing advertisements on various job portals and social media.
• You invite applicants and coordinate the appointments.
• You prepare our experts and specialists for deployment at the customer's site.
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the application and further development of modern methods of personnel recruitment.
• You are the contact person for the employment agency as well as for external training providers.

Your qualifications

• Ideally, you have professional experience in the commercial personnel services industry.
• You impress with your persuasiveness and communication skills.
• You are characterized by a structured, success-oriented and self-reliant work style.
• You have good computer skills.
