RENTAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Hualalai Villas & Homes Rental Operations Manager . Candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Residential team, the Rental Operations Manager works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations of the H ualalai V illas & H omes (HVH) Rental Program, executing strategies and processes to: meet and exceed guest expectations, improve operational efficiencies and grow rental portfolio.
  • In cooperation with the Director of Residences and Reservations Sales Manager, e nsure that the interests and initiatives of the Rental Program are aligned with the interests of resort ownership and that revenue, profit and occupancy goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Ensures clear communication and timely follow-up on guest requests, special requirements , and operational issues. Promotes seamless coordination and collaboration across all departments and select outside vendors to meet the needs of rental guests.
  • Develop positive relationships with residential guests to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction , intent to return and intent to recommend.
  • Evaluate , develop and continuously improve the overall guest experience at the re sidences to be best in class and consistent with Hualalai standards and establish policies and procedures thereof.
  • Review and update written policies and procedures for the rental operations program and its staff. Oversee the daily responsibilities of the staff – assigning tasks, projects, hiring, labor management and scheduling.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of rental operations team members. Conducts performance evaluations, provides coaching and feedback, and administers disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Complete special projects or any other duties as requested from time to time.
