Job Description We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to work as part of our Hub Administration Team based in Oldbury. In this role you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative service to Hubs, Transport, IG and Logistics operations. This includes maintaining accurate employee personnel records, Time and Attendance records, Absence Management, Disciplinary & Grievance records, Purchase orders & Invoice handling, Quality & Compliance checks and maintenance of database accuracy and organisation by keeping google sheets, internal systems and dashboards up to date. Additional responsibilities will include; Responding to general enquiries received by the department via telephone, email and post. General Administrative tasks including typing letters and other correspondence, typing minutes from internal meetings.
