Your Role The incumbent will take responsibility for a portfolio of countries within the region, as well as working with various business partners. This role will cover the full spectrum of order-to-cash which included local delivery, export/import and cross trade activities. Duties and Responsibilities: Providing service and support to internal & external customers via end-to-end order management: Processing orders and fulfilling the delivery as per department KPI in a prompt and accuracy manner. Liaise with supplier on the schedule for end-to-end order. Working with relevant stakeholders (planner, warehouse / 3PL warehouse, logistics, commercial) to arrange export shipments. Liaise with carrier / agent for export booking and shipment arrangement. Track and monitor shipment milestones and proactively update internal and external customers. Prepare and process full set of export / import documents with accuracy. Well versed in L/C, DA, DP bank documents and other trading incoterms. Sound understanding of DG, non-DG shipment arrangement as well as the requirements of COO, FTA certificate. Manage customer complaints on billing/shipment/stock issues. Take actions for non-conforming services, perform necessary corrective and continual improvement actions as directed. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned. Job Requirements: Education : Degree / Diploma related to Logistics and Supply Chain Management would be an advantage Experience : Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power Point & SAP At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in an MNC or trading operations. Experience in handling shipping documentation and international trading incoterms. Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage. Fluent in English (oral and written) with the ability to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Possessing a CAN-DO and a positive attitude to continued learning and growing in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
