Comprend la prise de dispositions pour des livraisons spéciales respectant des paramètres définis, en contactant les destinataires pour obtenir des informations, en ouvrant et en travaillant des dossiers clients en uttilisant des bases de données établies pour faciliter le traitement correct des colis. Responsibilities

Monitor the progress of exception handling within the team and ensure all possible shipments are processed and updated. Handle all types of exceptions, including complex ones, using defined methods and procedures.
