Overview As a HubSpot Administrator, you will be responsible for optimizing our CRM to drive sales acceleration. You will design and improve workflows, streamline data capture and storage, and produce reporting that directly supports revenue growth, client retention, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with our Revenue Operations Team to reduce friction, improve data accuracy, enhance client engagement, and ensure that every client and prospect interaction is timely, data-driven, and impactful Responsibilities Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean, accurate, and properly segmented data for prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders. Build, troubleshoot, and optimize automations that support efficient Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Operations. Maintain internal operational documentation in written and video formats Design and manage custom dashboards and reporting to monitor sales pipeline health, lead conversion rates, customer health metrics, and campaign ROI. Monitor and optimize key business metrics such as deal velocity, lead-to-close rate, account expansion success, and renewal rates. Support integrations between HubSpot and other platforms (e.g., Accelo, Apollo, outreach tools, support systems). Collaborate with internal teams to optimize API connections and system integrations as needed. Train internal users across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on HubSpot best practices, workflow management, and reporting tools. Stay up to date on HubSpot updates and emerging CRM trends to drive continuous system and process improvements. Qualifications Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator, CRM Specialist, or similar role focused on sales and customer success support. Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM functionalities, including workflows, sequences, pipelines, lead scoring, reporting, custom properties, and chatflows. Strong background in CRM data management and automation strategies that support sales and client success operations. Familiarity with HubSpot integrations and third-party tools such as Zapier, Asana, Apollo, or other prospecting platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. HubSpot certifications (e.g., CRM Implementation, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub) are a strong advantage. Preferred Experience: Experience supporting B2B or B2B2C businesses, particularly within the staffing, technology, outsourcing, or SaaS industries. Strong understanding of the sales funnel, account-based marketing (ABM), and customer success operations. Experience working with additional marketing and sales enablement tools. Basic knowledge of HTML for minor customizations in HubSpot email templates or landing pages. Experience using collaborative work management platforms (e.g. Asana, Jira, Accelo, Smartsheets) Experience writing and maintaining Custom Code Actions in Node.JS.
