We are seeking a collaborative and technically proficient HubSpot Administrator to support our organization’s marketing and branding initiatives. The HubSpot Administrator supports HubSpot administration and optimization at an entry-level capacity while leading mid-level marketing projects, including website redesign and marketing automation implementation. Using Wrike for project management, this role drives operational efficiency, develops strategic marketing processes, and aligns initiatives with business goals, positioning the candidate for advancement to a Marketing Operations Manager role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • 0-1 year of experience with HubSpot (CRM or Marketing Hub) or similar platforms (internships or coursework acceptable)
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management, with demontstrated success in managing complex projects like website redesigns or campaigns.
  • HubSPot certidcations (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, inbound Marketing) preferred, but not required
  • Wrike certification or equivalent experience preferred
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HubSpot configuration, workflows and reporting. Wrike for project management and process tracking. Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot CMS or WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
  • SEO Skills: Knowledge in SEO, content marketing, or marketing operations best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • HubSpot Platform Support: Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub under senior guidance, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing objectives.
  • Website Redesign: Lead coordination of the website redesign, collaborating with designers, developers, and content creators to deliver a user-centric, brand-aligned site.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine standardized marketing processes, enhancing cross-functional workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Front-End Design: Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually compelling, brand-consistent designs using HubSpot’s design tools and coding capabilities.
  • Technical SEO: Implement best practices, including optimizing site architecture, improving load times, managing redirects, and using structured data.
  • Data & Analytics Management: Maintain contact databases, ensure data accuracy, and assist with segmentation for targeted campaigns. Monitor campaign and project outcomes, analyze performance data, and propose optimizations to maximize ROI and operational impact.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Deliver clear updates to leadership and cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in Wrike for marketing initiatives, including a website redesign project.
