Job Summary: In this role, you will design, build, and optimize AI-powered marketing workflows and content within HubSpot to improve lead quality, campaign performance, and team efficiency. You’ll operationalize AI features in HubSpot and own implementation of AI marketing initiatives with measurable KPIs. You’ll partner closely with our partnership team to create scalable programs that attract and engage prospects. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, configure, test, and launch AI features across HubSpot’s Marketing Hub, documenting processes and best practices Research, evaluate, and recommend AI marketing tools; manage integrations with HubSpot and coordinate vendor relationships Build and optimize lifecycle automations, nurture sequences, scoring models, and routing rules Develop AI content workflows and produce marketing assets, including emails, newsletters, and landing pages, using AI assistance, while ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and compliance Build dashboards to analyze funnel conversion, engagement, and attribution; run A/B tests and translate findings into optimization roadmaps Own and report on relevant marketing KPIs, track performance against targets, and propose strategy adjustments based on results Requirements 3-5 years in HubSpot Marketing Hub administration, including workflow automation, lead scoring, email/nurture programs, reporting, A/B testing, and 2+ years early adoption of HubSpot’s Breeze AI platform Demonstrated ability to quickly master and implement emerging AI tools for marketing operations with quality and compliance controls Track record of improving marketing performance metrics (lead volume, conversion rates, campaign ROI); experience in financial services or fintech is a strong plus Solid understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle stages, segmentation, and UTM tracking discipline Proficient in building and interpreting marketing dashboards in HubSpot; comfortable presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders Experience creating process documentation: comfortable managing agency or vendor relationships Experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, managing concurrent campaigns and brands as well as paid ads Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on challenges Success in This Role You can shift quickly between strategic thinking and tactical problem-solving You track your own KPIs and proactively share results with stakeholders You can navigate a fast-paced environment with frequent priority shifts and communicate effectively
