​​Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates Job Role: HubSpot Automation & CRM Specialist (Lifecycle Focused) Compensation range: $2,500 - $3,500 AUD/month Engagement type: Independent Contractor Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9.00 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: Our client is an internationally operating consumer brand focused on premium electric mobility products, with a strong presence across Europe and other global markets. They combine design, engineering, and digital innovation to deliver high-quality products and seamless customer experiences. The business is heavily focused on e-commerce growth, system integrations, and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey across digital platforms. About the Role We are looking for a HubSpot specialist to own, build, and continuously improve our lifecycle marketing and CRM system. This is not a generalist marketing role. The focus is on: Designing and implementing end-to-end workflows Structuring and maintaining clean CRM data Improving lead conversion across the funnel You will work closely with our growth and development teams to ensure that all customer interactions — from first touch through to purchase — are captured, tracked, and optimised inside HubSpot. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimise HubSpot workflows (lead nurture, lifecycle stages, automation logic) Take ownership of improving lead-to-customer conversion across key funnels Own and maintain CRM structure, including properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages Build and manage lead funnels, including test ride bookings, D2C purchase journeys, and B2B / dealer leads Implement lead scoring and segmentation Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HubSpot and integrated systems Work closely with developers to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data capture into HubSpot Build and maintain dashboards for conversion rates, funnel performance, and lead quality Identify and fix issues such as broken workflows, duplicate data, and poor attribution Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, CRM structure, automation) Proven experience building multi-step, logic-based workflows Experience owning or managing a CRM system end-to-end Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion optimisation, and lifecycle marketing Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems (e.g. Shopify) Experience debugging workflow issues, data inconsistencies, and attribution gaps Strong analytical skills (ability to interpret and act on data) What We’re NOT Looking For: General digital marketers (SEO, social media, content-heavy roles) Candidates who have only executed campaigns but not built systems Agency profiles focused on multiple clients rather than owning one system Work Arrangement & Expectations: This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
