The Role As our HubSpot & Digital Platforms Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring Amazon Filters makes full and effective use of HubSpot and connected marketing platforms to support lead quality, automation, insight and campaign effectiveness. This role exists to strengthen in‑house capability, improve how data and automation are used day‑to‑day, and reduce reliance on external agencies over time. You will act as the internal subject‑matter expert for HubSpot, working closely with Marketing, Sales and Proposals teams to ensure platforms are optimised, insight‑driven and aligned to business priorities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a hands‑on specialist, taking ownership of complex digital systems rather than managing people. Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities for this role include: HubSpot Platform Ownership Act as the internal subject‑matter expert for HubSpot (CRM & Marketing Hub) Own and optimise lifecycle stages, lead statuses, automation workflows, campaign tracking, attribution, and data governance/GDPR compliance Identify under‑utilised functionality and implement continuous improvements Establish and maintain clear standards, documentation and best‑practice guidance Marketing Automation, Insight & Performance Design and refine automated journeys, segmentation and lead‑management processes Own marketing analytics and reporting across HubSpot and connected tools Build and maintain dashboards providing insight into lead quality, campaign effectiveness and marketing’s contribution to sales Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and sales teams AI Tools & Marketing Technology Apply practical AI tools across HubSpot and related platforms to improve efficiency and insight, including personalisation, predictive lead scoring and AI‑supported reporting Evaluate emerging MarTech and AI capabilities and recommend appropriate adoption Ensure AI tools are used responsibly and in line with company and data‑protection policies Campaign Enablement & Collaboration Enable effective campaign delivery through correct platform setup, tracking and measurement Support organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns with accurate targeting, segmentation and performance visibility Act as the technical interface with external agencies where required Work closely with the wider Marketing team to maximise effective use of systems About You We are looking for a confident, analytical and systems‑minded specialist who enjoys taking ownership of digital platforms and using data, automation and AI to drive better outcomes.
