Description:
SUMMARY
To serve the members of Redeem Healthshare by overseeing the strategic implementation, optimization, and management of HubSpot’s full CRM suite (including Operations, Marketing, Sales Hubs ), ensuring cohesive CRM strategy aligned with ministry goals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Four-year degree from an accredited university or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience working with HubSpot (5+ years)
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation, lead nurturing, and inbound strategies.
- Experience developing custom solutions within HubSpot using workflows, custom objects, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot and resolve issues in HubSpot.
- Completion of relevant HubSpot certifications, such as the HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, and HubSpot CRM Implementation Certification.
- A deep understanding of the HubSpot platform, including its features, tools, and functionality. This includes familiarity with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, workflows, email marketing, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Proficiency in marketing automation strategies and best practices. This includes setting up automated workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, segmentation, and personalization within HubSpot.
- Understanding of inbound marketing principles and strategies, as HubSpot is a key tool for implementing inbound marketing tactics. Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, social media, and other inbound techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to develop custom solutions within HubSpot using its features such as workflows, custom objects, APIs, and integrations. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technical skills may be required for customizing HubSpot templates and modules.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics within HubSpot to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and sales processes. The ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, resolve technical challenges, and optimize workflows within HubSpot. Being able to identify and address issues efficiently is important for maintaining smooth operations.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT departments. The ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members is crucial for successful collaboration
- A willingness to stay updated on HubSpot best practices, new features, and industry trends. Continuous learning and professional development are important for ensuring that your skills remain relevant and up-to-date in the rapidly evolving field of marketing technology.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Tasks are normally conducted in a regular office environment, requiring use of computer, mouse, drawing tablet, and other standard office equipment. Staff usually remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Staff will observe safety principles while performing the duties of the position.
- Staff may be required to travel and have a valid driver’s license.
- May need to lift and move items up to 35 lbs on occasion.

Pay Range: $87,900-$135,300. Starting pay usually falls within the lower half of the pay range and is determined by experience, skills, and education.

Responsibilities:
- Assist IT Operations in managing and maintaining the organization’s HubSpot account, including user permissions, settings configuration, and account structure setup.
- Assist Member Development with creating and optimize marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and CTAs. Ensure that campaigns are effectively targeting and engaging the intended audience.
- Assist Member Services to implement lead management processes within HubSpot, including lead scoring, segmentation, and lead nurturing workflows. Ensure leads are properly tracked and managed to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Generate reports and analyze data within HubSpot to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and sales efforts. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize strategies.
- Build and maintain automated workflows within HubSpot to streamline marketing and sales processes. Develop custom workflows to automate repetitive tasks, lead qualification, and follow-up procedures.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and other systems or tools used within the organization, such as CRM platforms, analytics tools, and social media platforms. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between systems.
- Provide training and support to internal users to help them use HubSpot effectively. Conduct training sessions, create user guides, and offer assistance to help team members leverage HubSpot’s full capabilities.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimization experiments within HubSpot to improve performance metrics, such as email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Implement best practices for optimization based on test results.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) within HubSpot. Implement data governance policies and procedures to protect customer data and maintain data integrity.
- Stay informed about new features, updates, and best practices related to HubSpot. Attend HubSpot training sessions, webinars, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills in using the platform effectively.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to align strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts within HubSpot. Foster effective communication and teamwork to achieve shared goals.
- Develop custom solutions and enhancements within HubSpot, such as custom modules, templates, or integrations, to meet specific business requirements and improve user experience.
