Are you a HubSpot expert with over 4 years of experience? Do you love interacting with clients and guiding them through an onboarding journey? If so, we are looking for someone like you! As a HubSpot Onboarding Lead, you will take charge of the onboarding experience, working with clients from start to finish. You will lead workshops, configure HubSpot tools, and provide strategic guidance tailored to each client’s needs. Job Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HubSpot onboarding: Manage the entire process from discovery to go-live, including training and configuration. Client Workshops: Facilitate structured workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders. Real-Time Configuration: Build and configure HubSpot live on client calls, including workflows, dashboards, pipelines, and integrations. Primary Contact: Act as the point of contact throughout the process, managing communication, expectations, and timelines. Conflict Resolution: Calmly resolve difficult client situations and build trust through clear, solution-oriented communication. GTM Strategy Advice: Guide clients on integrating HubSpot with their broader tech stack (CRMs, marketing automation, etc.). Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales, engineers, and support teams to ensure a seamless experience. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing onboarding processes and templates based on your experiences. Deep HubSpot Expertise: Proficient in HubSpot’s Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub. Multiple certifications preferred. Agency Experience: Hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment. Live Builder: Comfortable configuring HubSpot in real time during video calls. Conflict Management: Ability to de-escalate tense situations and maintain strong client relationships. Industry Fluency: Experience working across multiple industries (SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, etc.). GTM Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Segment, Zapier, and similar. Workshop Facilitation: Skilled in leading structured workshops to gather requirements and align teams.
