QUALIFICATIONS

We’re looking for someone who brings the following:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Consultant, or in a similar HubSpot-focused role.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub, with experience across various use cases and industries.
  • Proven ability to manage a fast-paced, dynamic workload, collaborating across teams and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated skill in leading sales-focused conversations, gathering information, and developing recommendations.
  • Commitment to delivering value and delighting clients throughout the pre-sales process.
  • Proficiency in data management, migration, and system integrations, including API and middleware platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Autonomous operation to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Current HubSpot certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a dynamic and highly knowledgeable pre-sales Solutions Architect specializing in HubSpot operations, data management, and integrations. You’ll play a key role in driving the sales process by collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and designing tailored HubSpot solutions that align with their goals. Combining technical expertise with strategic insight, ideal candidates are committed to delivering pragmatic solutions to complex client needs to maximize the value of their HubSpot investment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a HubSpot Solutions Architect, you will:

  • Lead Pre-Sales Technical Discussions: Drive technical pre-sales conversations and discovery around solution architectures, data mapping, integrations, and digital transformations to understand and validate customer goals and challenges.
  • Develop Tailored Assessments: Create, deliver, and enhance assessments to identify gaps, challenges, and desired outcomes, translating these into technical solutions using HubSpot and New Breed offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to develop compelling proposals, demos, and detailed implementation plans that align with client timelines, budgets, and process flows or ERDs.
  • Provide HubSpot Expertise: Deliver in-depth knowledge of HubSpot capabilities, including CRM configuration, automation, reporting, and third-party integrations, and collaborate with Growth Advisors to align technical findings with client solutions.
  • Become a Product Expert: Deeply understand New Breed’s product suite and HubSpot-specific solutions, including how services are delivered, packaged, priced, and scoped.
  • Manage Complex Use Cases: Strategically manage complex use cases and stakeholders across deals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical requirements.
  • Advocate for the Customer: Be the voice of the product within the sales organization, collaborating with the product team to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are effectively delivered.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with HubSpot product developments and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to clients to meet evolving needs.
