Description
About The Company We’re partnering with a fast-growing revenue and growth consultancy that helps B2B businesses scale in smarter, more sustainable ways. Recognised as a HubSpot Diamond Partner, the consultancy has evolved rapidly into an AI-first business, embedding automation and intelligent workflows across sales, marketing and customer operations to drive real commercial outcomes, not just activity. The team is fully remote and spread across Australia and Asia-Pacific. It’s a collaborative, low-ego environment where people are trusted to do good work and take ownership. If you enjoy working deeply with HubSpot and want to be part of a stable, long-term opportunity with international exposure, this role is worth exploring. The Role This is a hands-on HubSpot Specialist role focused on building and improving real solutions inside HubSpot. You’ll work closely with Account Strategists who define the direction, and you’ll take ownership of implementing solutions inside the platform. This includes building workflows, improving CRM structure, testing solutions, and helping clients get real value from the system. The role is mostly technical and focused on execution, but there will be some opportunities to interact with clients when explaining solutions or providing training. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys building things properly and takes pride in clean, well-structured work. What You’ll Be Doing: Building and implementing solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs Creating workflows, automation, pipelines, and reporting Translating requirements into practical HubSpot setups Testing and quality-checking builds before delivery Creating SOPs or short walkthrough videos when needed Occasionally joining client calls to explain solutions Identifying areas for improvement inside client portals Supporting continuous improvement across projects Goals for the First Year First 3 months: You’re comfortable working inside HubSpot portals and contributing to live client work. By 6 months: You’re owning implementations more independently and working across multiple client environments. By 12 months: You’re recognised as a strong HubSpot specialist within the team and trusted on complex builds. This Role is a Great Fit if You… Have 3+ years’ experience implementing, maintaining, and optimising HubSpot across multiple hubs. Enjoy delivering training sessions, building client relationships, and becoming a trusted advisor. Are comfortable managing integrations, workflows, and automation at both technical and strategic levels. Can translate business needs into scalable HubSpot solutions that deliver measurable results. Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where ownership and initiative are valued. This Won’t Be the Right Role if You… Prefer rigid processes and highly structured corporate environments. Struggle with managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Avoid proactive problem-solving or technical troubleshooting. Need constant step-by-step guidance rather than taking ownership. What We’re Looking For Proven HubSpot implementation experience in an agency or consultancy environment. Strong understanding of HubSpot’s features, including automation, reporting, and integrations. Excellent communication skills and confidence in delivering client training. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic actions. Experience with online training tools such as Zoom and Google Meet. Ability to manage multiple client projects while delivering exceptional results. Perks & Benefits Full-time role with local employment benefits (not freelance or contract) Competitive base salary plus commission on identified upsell opportunities. 100% remote Exposure to innovative CRM strategies, AI-first initiatives, and diverse client industries. Ongoing training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a CRM Lead or Client Success Manager role. The Interview Process 1-way recorded Video Interview with Talent Partner Talent Partner Review and Pre-Screen Interview with Founders Take-home assessment and presentation back to the Founders If you enjoy working deeply with HubSpot and are looking for a stable, long-term remote opportunity with international exposure, we’d love to hear from you.
