Location: London, UK Team: Sales & Marketing   Type: FTC through June 12 Key Responsibilities  CRM, Automation & Campaign Execution  * Build, optimise, and maintain workflows ,sequences, and automation to support lead nurturing, sales enablement, and lifecycle management. * Create email campaigns, templates, andA/B tests that align with brand tone and performance goals. * Develop and manage forms, landing pages, and conversion paths to improve lead capture and qualification. * Review and refine segmentation and targeting to ensure the right audiences receive the right messages at the right time. Analytics, Reporting & Insights  * Own HubSpot analytics, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Leadership. * Build and maintain reporting dashboards that track pipeline health, campaign performance, audience behaviour, and ROI. * Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates, engagement, and operational efficiency. Integrations & Data Management  * Manage and optimise HubSpot integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between HubSpot and external platforms. * Collaborate with third‑party agencies (e.g., Blink, Assembly) to ensure accurate and timely data ingestion into HubSpot. * Maintain CRM hygiene, including deduplication, property management, and data governance best practices. Cross‑Functional Collaboration  * Partner closely with Sales to support lead routing, deal stages, and sales enablement tools. * Work with Marketing to support campaign planning, audience insights, and performance optimisation. * Support event-related data flows, ticketing integrations, and attendee engagement tracking. Additional Responsibilities That Add Value  * Develop playbooks, documentation, and training sessions to upskill internal teams on HubSpot best practices. * Support lead scoring model creation and refinement. * Assist with marketing operations tasks such as UTM governance, campaign naming conventions, and data taxonomy. * Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. * Stay current with HubSpot updates and proactively recommend new features or improvements. * Clean-up HubSpot to ensure it is as user friendly as possible for the business. Ideal Candidate  * Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.  * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights. * Confident working with multiple stakeholders and external agencies. * Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment. * Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about building scalable systems.
