We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support our growing portfolio of work supporting state and local governments that have received HUD Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds. Such direct support to grantees includes assessing grantees’ knowledge, skills, and capacity to meet CDBG-DR grant conditions, developing Action Plans and public engagement strategies, establishing financial management and grant compliance certifications, developing programmatic policies and procedures, launching programs, supporting subrecipient and contractor management, and complying with the cross-cutting and administrative requirements of HUD grants.

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000, payable on a semi-monthly basis.
The successful candidate will join Cloudburst’s growing housing and community development team to provide technical assistance to HUD grantees, support HUD programs, and engage directly with state and local HUD grantees. The successful candidate will be placed as a Senior Analyst.
