We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering beauty advice, and promoting our range of products. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience through your expertise in beauty and skincare, ensuring that each client leaves feeling satisfied and informed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
  • Experience in upselling and promoting products is advantageous.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Proficiency in social media management to enhance brand presence online.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
  • A genuine interest in beauty trends, products, and skincare routines.
  • Previous experience in a retail or beauty environment is preferred but not essential.
