A day in the life as a Human Advisory Services Senior Consultant: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on human capital, organizational effectiveness, and workforce strategy initiatives Lead and manage end-to-end consulting projects, including scoping, designing and execution Deal with complex people, culture, and organizational challenges whilst combining human capital expertise with strong analytical, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Eager to navigate through both strategic and operational HR related tasks Partner with clients and understand their “pain points” to design HR solutions that help organizations improve performance, engagement, and optimization outcomes Lead/implement/deliver HR services/solutions indicatively related to: Organizational design and change management Leadership development and talent strategy Candidate attraction, selection and employee induction Employee experience, engagement, and culture transformation Workforce strategy and planning Facilitate client workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder discussions Changing standards of employee labor law Develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and executive-ready insights Conduct organizational assessments (e.g., culture, engagement, leadership, structure, skills) and translate insights into actionable recommendations Act as outsourced business partner and mentor by supporting HR teams and client’s project members Contribute to business development of the HR Advisory Services dpt. What we need for this role: Master’s degree required (MBA, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field) Previous Experience 8–10+ years of experience, in total, in management consulting, human capital consulting, HR advisory, or a related professional services environment Certifications: i.e. Executive coaching, employee diagnostic assessment tools would be considered as an asset Greek and English Command Excellent MS Office and ERP systems: Strong Skills Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and managing complex client relationships Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with comfort presenting to executive audiences If you think you: Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and task-challenging market Are keen on analyzing business results to find valuable insights Have strong combined qualitative, quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills Are highly client-oriented and focused on tangible solutions Can expand your business and client-partnering mindset In ΣΟΛ Crowe you will be able to find: Development: Continuous training and development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
