The Commission directs the growth, operation and business activities of RIC and works tirelessly to ensure it continues to be an affordable option for local, regional, and out-of-state travelers.  About the Role: We are seeking an HR Intern to support our HR team initiatives with a focus on full-cycle recruitment process. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and recruiting operations, with exposure to employer branding and onboarding activities. What We’re Looking For * Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field * Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused * Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus Required Skills: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
