Overview We are looking for a proactive Human Capital Officer to join our team at HealthPlus IVF, supporting a high-performance culture in one of Abu Dhabi’s leading fertility and women’s health networks.The role will support all HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, payroll, licensing, and compliance — ensuring seamless service delivery and a positive team experiece. Responsibilities • Support end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.• Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leaves, payroll processing, and HRIS data accuracy.• Coordinate performance management and engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and accountability.• Handle licensing, immigration, and labor-related processes in compliance with DOH and MOHRE standards.• Support in change management, compliance audits, and HR policy implementation.• Prepare periodic reports and ensure timely completion of HR activities across the organization. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• 2–5 years of HR experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in Abu Dhabi.• Strong communication and organizational skills; fluent in English and preferably in Arabic.• Familiarity with DOH, MOHRE, and UAE labor regulations.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
