Responsible for managing all aspects of SALIC’s employee services, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. Ensure that all employee data is accurately stored and maintained, and that payroll is processed on a timely basis.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Process payroll on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee data in the ERP system, including personal information, employment details, and payroll information.
Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits providing guidance and support as needed.
Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll and HR laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.
Prepare reports on employee data, payroll, and benefits as needed.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Perform any other duties required from the Line Manager.
