Deloitte is seeking an Organisation Development & Change Management Manager to lead and deliver impactful projects that help our clients adapt, grow, and thrive in a changing world. What You’ll Do Lead and deliver change management, digital transformation, and HR transformation projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. Develop and coach high-performing teams, empowering junior colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence. Identify and pursue business development opportunities, contributing to proposals. Scope, plan, and manage projects using Deloitte’s proprietary methodologies and tools. Simplify and explain digital technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, and SaaS to clients and colleagues. Facilitate workshops and labs, develop business cases, and support clients through their change journey. Ensure operational effectiveness, project profitability, and adherence to risk management protocols. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Required: Honours degree in Organisational/Industrial Psychology, Human Sciences, Business, Engineering, Commerce, or similar. 3+ years consulting experience. 3–5 years’ work experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital, Organisational Design, Organisation Culture Transformation, Strategic Change Management, Adoption Management, Operational Change Management, Human Resource Functional Optimisation; Technology Adoption, Employee Engagement and Human resource Lifecycle activities (Hire-to-retire activities) Expertise in: Digital Transformation, Organisational Design, Change Management, HR Functional Optimisation, Technology Adoption and/or Employee Engagement. Preferred: Degree relevant to Service Area / Business Management. 4–6 years in a similar role (OD, Strategic Change, HRT, or leadership), preferably client-facing. Key Competencies: Strong business acumen and industry expertise. Proven leadership, project management, and sales skills. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and mentoring abilities. Skilled in drafting proposals, report writing, and financial management. Highly adaptable, quality-focused, and a natural problem solver.
