Job Title: Human Capital Specialist   Banesco USA is seeking a Human Capital Specialist for our Human Capital business unit.   Primary Job Duties: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: * Support full-cycle recruitment including job analysis, posting roles, sourcing, and screening resumes. * Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS to ensure accuracy.  * Conduct initial screenings and serve as the primary, professional point of contact for candidates. Onboarding & Orientation: * Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring a welcoming and structured introduction to the Bank. * Deliver excellent onboarding experiences by working closely with new hires from offer acceptance through their first week.  * Oversee the timely completion of the New Hire Checklist and collection of compliance documentation.  Administrative & Compliance Support: * Manage internal employee inquiries in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.  * Maintain digital employee personnel files and ensure accurate record-keeping. * Responsible for completing assigned annual training programs.  * Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned.    Job Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or psychology (completed or actively in-progress); or equivalent experience.  * Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in HR-related functions, specifically in exposure to talent acquisition, job descriptions, and general administrative support.  * Technical Skills: Proficient Microsoft suite products is required; experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems is a plus. Familiarity with digital communication or design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.  * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.  * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, critical thinking, and organizational skills. * Ability to be adaptable and flexible to change; comfortable with ambiguity when dealing with new tasks and process updates.  * Strong customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders.  * Ability to work independently and take initiative in daily tasks ensuring assignments are completed accurately and on time.   Benefits: Paid Time-Off, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Parental Leave, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Match, and Life, Supplemental Insurances, and Short-Term & Long-Term Disability benefits. #LI-HYBRID RID
