JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in HR, payroll or related functions
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and Business Units
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
  • Familiarity with process automation tools (e.g. Power Automate) and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Success Factor or Workday is an added advantage
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership and Management
  • Lead and manage the HC Support team to ensure high performance and delivery of key objectives.
  • Supervise team activities related to staff movement.
  • Monitor workload distribution and set clear goals and expectations for team members.
  1. HR Process Execution
  • Oversee monthly, bi-annual, and annual payment processes, and other contractual payments.
  • Review and validate eligibility for employee benefits and payment programs.
  1. Process Automation and Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through process automation and digital tools.
  • Lead and participate in the implementation of process improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
  1. Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to payments, staff movements, and team performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all HR-related activities.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding staff movement and payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including payroll, finance, and human capital business partners.
  • Liaise with vendors and other third-party providers as needed.
  1. Employee Development
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
