As part of its continued expansion in Europe, the group is currently strengthening its consulting team in Germany. Your Role You will join an established team of Human Factors specialists working on rotorcraft cockpit design and certification. In this role, you will contribute to the development and evolution of cockpit systems by ensuring that human factors principles are integrated throughout the engineering and design process. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document operational concepts of helicopter cockpits from the perspective of flight crews Ensure the integration of Human Factors principles throughout the different phases of system development Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, UX specialists, pilots, safety experts, and quality teams Contribute to the design and optimization of cockpit Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) Organize and support operational evaluations and usability sessions with pilots to validate system usability and integration Support aircraft qualification and certification activities, ensuring compliance with aviation authority requirements Your Profile Master’s degree in Human Factors Engineering, Ergonomics, Cognitive Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally including experience in an industrial or engineering environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex technical systems quickly Good communication and presentation skills, particularly in consulting or project environments Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative Languages English (fluent) – required German and/or French – considered an advantage
