Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in manufacturing, sales, and corporate roles. Oversee the full hiring process, from job postings to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to ensure optimal workforce planning and succession management. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to enhance employee productivity. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Develop and oversee salary structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and HR policies. Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and contract administration. Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership development. Develop and update HR policies to improve efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus). 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
