About the Job: FGC+ is looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented Human Resource Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in various Human Resource and Administrative functions. The Human Resource and Admin Support Intern will assist the Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, administrative support, and day-to-day HR operations while developing practical skills in a professional corporate environment. This internship is ideal for students who are interested in developing competencies in various HR functions and Administrative Support functions. What You'll Do: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Support the recruitment process including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination Help maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation Assist in onboarding activities for new hires and interns Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and HR programs Help prepare reports, trackers, and HR-related presentations Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related requests and concerns Assist in monitoring attendance, documentation, and compliance requirements Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the HR team What You'll Bring: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field Must be eligible for internship/OJT required by the school Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What we have to offer: Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations Exposure to corporate HR practices and employee engagement programs Opportunity to develop communication, organization, and professional skills Mentorship from experienced HR professionals Collaborative and supportive work environment Potential career opportunities within FGC+ A million possibilities are waiting to be ignited.
