Cancelled Breaks is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrative Assistant to support onboarding, employee setup, and day-to-day HR operations for our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and follow-through matter. Responsibilities Manage onboarding tasks and employee setup through Rippling Ensure hiring paperwork and employee documentation are completed accurately and on time Communicate with new hires regarding onboarding steps and missing information Maintain organized and accurate employee records Assist with employee updates including pay changes, job information, and account setup Support payroll information review and identify discrepancies when needed Respond to employee questions related to HR processes and documentation Assist with policy acknowledgments and internal administrative projects Help maintain organization and accuracy across HR systems and records Support the HR department with additional operational tasks as needed Qualifications Minimum of 1 year in Human Resources Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and consistent Strong communication and follow-through Comfortable handling confidential information Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Previous administrative experience Rippling experience is a plus Schedule Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pay $20/hour
Responsibilities
