SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Atleast 1 year experience in HR advisory or HR administration role
  • Strong knowledge of Australian workplace relations and employment legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Adviser to join our team in Campbellfield, VIC. Reporting to and assisting the HR Manager, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive support across all areas of human resources, ensuring compliance with legislation and alignment with company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations and projects
  • Coordinating recruitment and selection processes including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding staff
  • Advising managers and employees on workplace relations, performance management, and employment conditions
  • Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR systems
  • Supporting staff induction, training, and career development programs
  • Interpreting and applying employment legislation, awards, and agreements
  • Assisting with HR policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
