Description
The Human Resource Advisor will help design and lead the Company’s implementation of a new employee engagement and dispute resolution program and processes.  This will include benchmarking, program design, process and policy design and improvement, investigation and utilization of best practices, implementation and oversight.    Also provides oversight for local site/business unit needs in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, change management and execution of HR core processes (where appropriate).
